If your order arrives damaged, we're here to help!

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

• A screenshot of your order confirmation email

• A brief description of the issue

Important Note

 If the jar itself is intact and not broken, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If the outer packaging (box) is damaged, please note that this may be a result of shipping and is unfortunately beyond our control. We encourage you to reach out, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
